Free Physicals for Students at the Health Center

Attention all students: If you need to complete your sports packet for soccer or frisbee, please visit the Health Center to receive a free sports physical. With tryouts approaching at the end of September, it’s important to get your paperwork completed as soon as possible. You can also drop off your sports packet with Ms. Malla, who is located in the Health Center next to the nurse. She will ensure it is delivered to Mr. Rance so that you are all set to participate.
